Sales was lackluster right away. Picked up my new Tahoe with 4% on the fuel filter. No spare key. Took several calls to get a FOB sent to me because I would have to schedule a separate appointment to program it. Car was never cleaned properly and missing the high county mats that were in there we I took it for a test ride. Don't plan on going back unless they wanna make an effort to remedy this.

Purchased a new 2025 Toyota Tundra I-Force Max from Maguire Grand Island on March 15th. Walked in and was greeted my Allen. My guy immediately jumped in to get things going. We had some fun and laughs with a couple minor issues during the process, and got the deal done. He did an awesome job keeping me updated during the approval, and prep of the vehicle. The entire crew that was there that morning were all amazing. Very polite, engaging, and fun to work with. Will defiantly use them again.

Allen and I go way back. We have since moved away from WNY but I’ve been sending all of my family and friends to Allen to buy their cars for years. Allen is knowledgeable and a nonsense sales person. I wouldn’t trust my love ones with anyone else for their vehicle needs.
